Full-service design is billed hourly with retainers collected throughout the project, and our minimum design fee starts at $10,000, exclusive of contractor fees, materials, and furnishings. Virtual design is a flat fee based on your scope, and expert consulting is $250 per hour. Every project begins with a personalized estimate.
